We offer some really nifty combo packages. 

These are combinations of courses tailor-made specifically to equip the attendee with a host of different skills, in a short, intense learning experience and in as short as possible period of time. This works perfectly for those individuals who already have a career or who have just left school and wish to immerse themselves in an environment that nurtures creativity and gives them exposure to the various activities surrounding the making of garments and creation of fashion - whatever form that takes.

We have 5 combination offerings:

1) The 'Mini' Fashion Design Crash Course - NOVICE/BEGINNER FRIENDLY!

    - 9 WEEKS, part-time learning, consisting of 4 part-time courses. 

This package will give the attendee a short & fun, hands-on overview of what it entails to make a garment/ textile product and the various processes involved with that. 

2) The Fashion Design Crash Course - NOVICE/BEGINNER FRIENDLY!

    - 22 WEEKS, part-time learning, consisting of 7 part-time courses. 

This package will give the attendee a broad overview of what it entails to make an apparel/ textile product and the various processes involved with that.

3)  Your Needle Arts Gap Year - NOVICE/BEGINNER FRIENDLY!

  - 8 MONTHS, 8 part-time courses.

Attended roughly 3 times a week, sometimes less + lots of practical hands-on making of garments & an extensive sample file. It ends with a full month of studio hot-desking time to complete 12 garments.

4) Our 'What's Next' Combo

    Soft Tailoring {18-weeks | Three 6-week Modules: 

    I. Shirt; 

    II. Pants; 

    III. Blazer/Jacket}  +  

    Pattern Making I  {6 -weeks} +  

    Overlockers course: {4-weeks} 

5) Complete Intermediate Sewing Course,

    MODULES I , II & III

Attend all 3 modules , taken over roughly a year.  This combo consists of sewing classes + SewAlongs.

It is all about the various construction methods found in Shirts, Pants & Jackets/Blazers. 

Each one of these types of garments have their own special technical challenges & this combo of courses will enable you to sew these garments with confidence. We suggest that attendees sew a sample of each garment in calico and so be able to custom fit their garments before sewing a final garment.
