Whether you’re looking to see if sewing is for you, before committing to a Course, seeking to up-skill with specific techniques, or have something Textile Art oriented in mind, you’d like to learn how to create, we’ll show you exactly how, with professional shortcuts gleaned over many years of employing various construction methods.

Kindly see our planner + guidelines for attendance of our SewAlongs & other studio activities.

SewAlongs are for our current students who are taking our Intensive Turbo, Absolute Beginners, Overlockers, Intermediate or Pattern making courses as well as Private lessons.

We will provide sample notions, threads & fabric etc, but you should provide your own project materials for specific projects you would like to make. We do not provide a shopping service for fabrics unfortunately.

With our Private Lessons, your learning is highly accelerated in a one-on-one setting, as opposed to a group class session. Your Trainer has +25 years' experience, and is Burda Qualified (German Fashion House est. 1940) who’ll surely have you fall in love with the Needle Arts in no time.

YOUR PAYMENT SECURES YOUR BOOKING. The studio has very limited time slots available for private sessions - therefor, NO DATES & TIMES WILL BE RESERVED WITHOUT YOUR PAYMENT.

VERY NB! Lessons cancelled on the day - for any reason whatsoever, including illness, Covid infections, exposures etc - are forfeited. We are a business- we sell our time + expertise, so if you do not pitch or cancel the lesson on the day, we cannot sell that time slot again. So sorry :-(

Should you go over time in order to finish a particular process, the time gone over the amount booked will be deducted from you total hours booked.

Our lessons are not meant to be a dressmaking, pattern making, CMT or sewing service for the attendee.

Our private lessons are intended for instruction of sewing techniques as the limited time available makes it impossible to cut make and trim any garment. Kindly email the studio for info about such services.

We do not draft patterns of existing garments for the purposes of learning how to sew. Should you wish to have a pattern made of a garment, kindly email us for a quote on the pattern making services.
